The Borgata at the time of this article has not announced when it will reopen, only stating they will wait for better conditions and when restrictions are lifted before opening their doors once again. So what restrictions are keeping Borgata from opening?

Believe it or not, gamblers visiting the Atlantic City Casinos will not be able to smoke or drink while on the casino floor and occupancy is limited to 25%. Some gamblers may in fact like the no smoking policy, but Atlantic City tried such a ban a few years ago which only lasted for 20 days as visitors stayed away resulting in the smoking ban to be lifted.
